When you send a note

Chetan at Alpha Shift uses your name, email address, message and any programme context to respond to your enquiry. Your note goes to Chetan, with a copy kept for website support and delivery recovery. Your email address lets Chetan reply to you.

Keeping your enquiry

Active website enquiry records and their delivery records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Emails and recoverable backups are held separately and do not share this automatic deletion schedule.

Hosting and verification

Cloudflare hosts this website and provides enquiry storage, delivery and email services. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions to help prevent abuse. These services process technical request and verification information, including network information used for security and rate limiting. Read Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy information.

Booking a conversation

The booking link opens Microsoft Bookings. Booking a conversation does not subscribe you to marketing. Microsoft processes the contact and scheduling details you provide there and supplies the Microsoft Teams meeting and booking emails. Those records are separate from this website’s enquiry database and its 90-day deletion schedule. See Microsoft’s privacy statement.

Fonts and browser storage

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser requests font files and styles from Google. Read Google’s explanation of font requests. Small local and session storage settings support animation and page behaviour. Your enquiry draft is kept in the open page, not saved in this browser storage; closing or reloading the page may lose it.
